  • NO RETURNS/REFUND/EXCHANGE ON ANY ITEMS
  • Cancellation for products is only possible if you email to us before the dispatch of order. (Payment gateway fee will be deducted as applicable 3%-5%)
  • No Cancellations allowed On Pre-Orders.

  • NO COD option available.
  • CHANGE OF ADDRESS is only possible if the parcel is not dispatched. Address that has been input while placing the order will only be accepted.
  • If there is any mistake in shipment details then the shipping cost would be borne by customer.
  • All the customer queries would be responded in 24-48 hours.
  • Same day delivery only possible in Hyderabad if paid Express shipping.
